慶富造船承接海軍獵雷艦建造，先前傳出慶富發生財務危機，已積欠員工2個月薪水，近期又傳出慶富高層出入中國大陸頻繁，獵雷艦機密資訊恐外洩。國防部官員今(24)日在例行記者會上保證，軍方都有相關安全控管機制，沒有機密流到中國大陸的問題。
國防部今(24)日例行記者會上，國防部採購室副主任鄭文正少將說，如果國軍採購項目涉有機密性，會設立安全調查辦公室，涉及機密事項人員，必須比照軍方人員進行安全查核。專案辦公室也會有實體隔離，相關資料不能隨便調閱攜出。他表示，涉密廠商人員如果要進出中國大陸，都必須報備管制。
海軍司令部計畫處副處長胡嘉聖上校表示，在簽約時就已要求慶富人員要保密切結，不得進用中國大陸人士參與專案，也不能使用大陸製產品。
他強調，獵雷艦船體藍圖的情資特別有設置攝錄影監控，人員進出都要登記，因此沒有機密外流到中國大陸。
由於慶富陷入財務危機，立法院外交及國防委員會昨日邀請國防部官員與第一銀行董事長蔡慶年，針對慶富公司海軍獵雷艦造艦案進行專案報告，軍方表示獵雷艦案未來將可能有4個選項，包括慶富繼續履約、由其它造船廠承接，國內重新招標或者撤案，或是慶富宣布破產，國防部會在國內重新招標。

慶富副董疑潛逃 父陳慶男保釋金1億

承造海軍獵雷艦的慶富公司，涉嫌詐貸新台幣63億元，今天在高雄地院開第一次準備庭，法官裁定慶富董事長陳慶男保釋金1億元，但陳慶男的次子，慶富副董陳偉志，沒有到庭，疑似棄保潛逃。
